STI At Home Test Kits

and STI Education

At-Home STI Kit Testing Program

The Madera Coalition for Community Justice, in collaboration with the Madera County Public Health Department and the California Health Collaborative, offers FREE, confidential, and convenient at-home STI testing kits to help our community stay healthy and informed. Testing is quick, discreet, and designed to make knowing your status easy — all from the privacy of your own home.

Why Get Tested?

Many sexually transmitted infections (STIs) do not show symptoms. The only way to know for sure is to get tested. Early detection means early treatment, which protects your health and prevents spreading infections to others.

How It Works

  1. Call (559) 661-1879 to request your FREE at-home test kit.

  2. Collect your samples (blood and/or urine) and either mail them back with free UPS shipping or drop them off.

  3. Get results securely online in 3–5 days.

  4. If positive, our nursing line will contact you to connect you with treatment and resources.

  5. Receive a $25 gift card for completing your test.

  • STI awareness and prevention

  • Understanding risk factors and symptoms

  • How to access and use our at-home STI testing kits

  • Resources for treatment and support

We are available to present at schools, youth programs, community groups, and events to ensure accurate, stigma-free information is accessible to everyone.
