If you want to apply for the $30 discount under the ACP program the companies can give you this discount for the internet usage.

CHANGES PROGRAM
The Community Help and Awareness of Natural Gas and Electricity services (CHANGES) program is modeled after the TEAM program and provides, limited English proficient (LEP) people with natural gas and electricity (energy) education and assistance in the language of their choice. Services include education and assistance in understanding and managing energy bills. It includes assistance to help people negotiate payment arrangements and avoid disconnection, or assist them in re-connection of their service. It helps them sign up for consumer assistance programs and financial assistance, and helps them receive adjustments or corrections to their bills.

During this Pandemic we have several programs can help you with your electric and gas bill, these programs will be:
LIHEAP Program
REACH Program
CARES Program under City of Madera
AMP Forgive balances under PG&E
This last program is for the families have a $500 or more behind in the bills, the programs is under PG&E the company offer to their clients; they can make a pledge to continue paying the current balances for the next 12 months on time and the company forgive the balances, if you want we can help to review your bills and help to register in this new program.
