Covid- 19 Vaccination


MCCJ conduct outreach on the community about the COVID 19 vaccine, supporting MCDPH in planning and implementing vaccine clinics by gathering information from ag employers, clinic locations, encouraging participation among ag employers and farm workers, and helping staff non-clinical roles of the vaccination clinics.

Madera County is officially in the Low (Green) Level of the CDC’s Community Levels

So, what does that mean? COVID-19 is not gone but is significantly reduced in prevalence. It is recommended that individuals:

  • Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines and boosters

  • Follow recommendations for isolation and quarantine

  • Get tested if you are exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms of COVID-19

  • If you are immunocompromised or high risk for severe disease, talk with your healthcare provider about potential treatments if you do become sick
